This short piece stages assimilation as choreography. Adaptation, imitation, and concealment unfold as the social mechanics of correction. By translating a childhood game into a field of negotiation, «COMPORTATE» reflects on assimilation as both learned play and imposed ritual, where inclusion remains always provisional.
The work traces the tension between exposure and erasure, between striving to be recognized and the violence of being measured. Belonging appears not as arrival, but as an endless race.
